Exchanges and Returns

How do I change my product?

There is no time limit for exchanging products provided they remain in an unused/unworn saleable condition. Just send it back to us and we will exchange it for another size and/ or design. If your belt has been personalised, please send the belt back to pampeano ltd / 9 Station Field / Oxford / OX5 1JD together with a cover note detailing your order number, choice of exchange and size required; to amend personalisation, there is a £25/$30/€30 fee to personalise another belt.

If you would like to exchange the Design Your Own product there is a fee of £50/$55/€55 to create your new personalised item again. You can make the payment over the phone by calling customer services on +44 (0) 1865 773709. Please note we are not able to exchange any other personalised items, only belts.

Please don’t forget to enclose your order number so that we know where to send the item back to.

How do I return something?

Please note that we do not supply returns labels; if you need to amend your size or design, please send back to us at pampeano ltd / 9 Station Field / Oxford / OX5 1JD; we will however pay to send the item back to you. Please note that Returns Labels are not available to customers outside of the UK.

Our usual returns policy does not apply to personalised products, so please check all details carefully before ordering. If you have a Design Your Own belt or dog accessory we cannot cancel or refund the product once the order has been placed, so please check all details before placing the order. Any errors in personalisation details on your part will be your responsibility and the personalised product cannot be returned to pampeano for a refund. If personalised products are faulty, we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

How do I get a refund?

You can return your product to us within 14 days if you require a refund (not including bespoke 'design your own' or personalised products). Please make sure that your pampeano product is in an unused/unworn saleable condition and return to us at pampeano ltd / 9 Station Field / Oxford / OX5 1JD.  Please include your original order number, name & address and we will process your refund.  Outside of these timeframes we can offer you a credit note that is valid for 1 year.  

I need to amend my order.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or the products in the order. Please double-check all information before completing your purchase, as no changes can be made after confirmation.

Where is my bespoke belt/dog collar/dog lead?

As these are handcrafted to your exact specification by our colleagues in South America, there is a lead time of 6-8 weeks. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

Can I return a personalised product?

As above, we do make an exception for belts that have been personalised; if you have a belt that needs swapping but has been personalised, we are able to sort out an exchange for you for a £25 / €30 / $30 fee.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns?

We’re very sorry that returns are not free-post; we do however pay for the exchange product to be sent back to you.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?

In the highly unlikely event of a problem, please contact pampeano for more information and to arrange repair if under 12 months old.

Can I exchange if buying as a gift?

Of course. If you have bought a product such as a belt as a gift and it is the wrong size or they would prefer a different design, then provided that the product is in an unused condition just post it back to us with your order number, name, address, telephone number and details of the item you would like to swap it for.

How do I care for my pampeano product?

Our signature pampa diamonds are hand stitched with vibrant wax dipped threads. The wax coating adds strength and makes the thread more resistant to abrasion ensuring your accessories are made to last. Cleaning wax-dipped threads should be done with care to avoid removing the wax coating.

Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away any surface dust or dirt. For additional protection and maintenance, consider using a thread conditioner designed for waxed threads. This can help keep the wax coating smooth and effective. For a more thorough clean, please use a slightly damp (with cool water) clean cloth and gently remove any dirt/mess.  Avoid exposing the threads to extreme temperatures (hot/cold), excessive moisture, or
harsh chemicals, as these can degrade the wax and the thread material.

When will a product be back in stock?

If the product you are looking for is out of stock, please do not worry as it is likely to be back soon. Go to the item you are looking for; If it is 'greyed out' as out of stock all you have to do is select the item and then a button will appear 'notify me when back in stock', press this button and enter your email address.  As soon as we receive stock back in, you will be notified immediately.

What are the returns policy during Christmas?

Our Christmas Returns Policy allows for exchanges at any time—whether it's days, months, or even up to a year after purchase—as long as items are unused and in new condition. For full refunds, our standard 2-week policy applies. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide a credit note if preferred.
