How do I change my product?

pampeano has a no quibble, exchange at any time, policy. If you've bought or been given the wrong size, or would like to swap the colour for example, we can do so, no problem. If there is a value difference in the product we will ask you to cover the value difference. It is not a problem to exchange a year or more later, provided we still have that product in our range. Don't worry if you don't still have the original packaging, however the product itself must be in unused/ unworn condition.

If you have a belt that has been personalised, we are able to exchange this for a £20 / $25 fee. Please note that we are not able to exchange any other personalised articles.

How do I return something?

Please post products back to arrive with us within 14 days of receiving your order to: pampeano returns, 9 Station Field, Kidlington, OX5 1JD, UK.

Along with your return, please enclose your proof of purchase, reason for return and your return address and contact details should this be different to the information on your proof of purchase. Where possible, please return your product in its original packaging.

What are the returns policy during Christmas?

Our Christmas Returns Policy allows for exchanges at any time—whether it's days, months, or even up to a year after purchase—as long as items are unused and in new condition. For full refunds, our standard 2-week policy applies. Alternatively, we’re happy to provide a credit note if preferred.

How do I get a refund?

We are only able to refund your item if it is returned to us with all of its original packaging within 2 weeks of your receiving it. We can issue credit notes if the time extends beyond this.

Can I return a personalised product?

Our usual returns policy does not apply to personalised products, so please check all details carefully before ordering. Any errors in personalisation details on your part will be your responsibility and the personalised product cannot be returned to pampeano for a refund. If personalised products are faulty, we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. 

As above, we do make an exception for belts that have been personalised; if you have a belt that needs swapping but has been personalised, we are able to sort out an exchange for you for a £20 / $25 fee.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns?

We’re very sorry that returns are not free-post; offering this would mean higher prices.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?

In the highly unlikely event of a problem, please contact pampeano for more information and to arrange repair if under 12 months old.

Can I exchange if buying as a gift?

Of course. If you have bought a product such as a polo belt as a gift and it is the wrong size or they would prefer a different design, then provided that the product is in an unused condition just post it back to us with your name, address, telephone number and details of the item you would like to swap it for.
